• Approximate location: only when you explicitly use location-based features like course search. We do not track your precise location in the background.

• Power the Clubhouse Top 100 list using anonymous aggregated ratings.

• With other users: based on the per-round visibility settings you choose (Friends, Global, or Private).

4. Your Choices & Rights

You can, at any time:

• Edit or delete any round, photo, or comment you've posted.
• Change the visibility of individual rounds between Friends, Global, and Private.
• Request a copy of your data or delete your entire account.
• Opt out of non-essential marketing emails.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
